Q? What if I only want Life Coaching?


A. That's perfect. I offer Life Coaching and Self-Hypnosis as separate services as well.


Q? What can Life Coaching help me with? What can Self-Hypnosis help me with?


A. Both services can help with all of the same areas. Just one, self-hypnosis, takes things to a deeper subconscious level then you may know how yet. The difference between a Life Coach & Hypnosis is with Life Coaching we will be discussing your goals and setting an Action Plan. Comparatively, Hypnosis allows for you to do deeper work at the subconscious level - a more relaxed way to make changes and is an excellent way to unlearn negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors while retraining your mind by focusing on the positive thought belief, and habits you want in your life.


Most of my clients like to do a mix of both (HypnoCoaching) to reach the best results. This allows both working on goals and removing barriers that have been often a life long struggle.


Q. Is Life Coaching or Hypnosis a medical treatment?


A. NO. I may not provide a medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or recommend the discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If you are being seen by a doctor you must bring a referral or letter verifying these services are in support of your health plan. If you feel you need to be seen by a doctor SEE THEM FIRST. Life Coaching and Hypnosis are to support you in your personal growth. Therapy in this aspect is defined as : Healing power or quality. Similar to the therapy of fresh air, or time with friends, or meditation and prayer.

Q How does Life Coaching & Hypnosis Work?


A. Online/Over the phone Life Coaching & Hypnosis allows for you to have the unbiased guidance and support you need in your life. Step away from the judgement you may be feeling with your friends, family, church, employers, etc. and take my hand. We will walk the path together. I won't tell you how - this always frustrates me when people tell others what to do like it's so easy. I am here to SHOW you how through various techniques, offer suggestions, and SUPPORT you to see YOU ALREADY KNOW HOW you just need someone to believe in you so YOU CAN BELIEVE IN YOURSELF and begin to search deeper than you ever have!! Barrios, Ph.D. - "Psychotherapy: Theory, Research and Practice (1970)" & American Health magazine published these recovery rates:

* Hypnotherapy was 93% after an average of 6 sessions.

* Psychoanalysis was 38% success rate after an average of 600 sessions.

Q What does faith-based mean?


A. You are on your own spiritual journey. Where you are is perfect and where you want to get to (or not) is also perfect. Finding balance in life includes being open to looking at all aspects. I believe in God and that He sent his son as a ransom to cover the cost that brings us back to Him. I use the bible for support in my life and with clients that choose to do the same. I am open to hearing and learning about most religions. I have heard about many different beliefs and I make no opinion about it one way or the other. This does not shake my relationship with God, it is your journey and this allows for you to speak freely and focus on your goals in your life.
